Fluffy Easter Marshmallow Dip

This Fluffy Easter Marshmallow Dip is a fun and easy no-bake Easter treat! Here's what you'll need to make this simple recipe:

(Specific measurements and full recipe instructions are found below)

  • cream cheese: You can use a block of regular or low fat cream cheese. This gives the dip a smooth and creamy texture.
  • marshmallow fluff: More sweet creaminess
  • brown sugar: A little brown sugar for rich sweetness.
  • cool whip: This makes the dip light and fluffy! Again, you can use regular or low fat.
  • red food coloring: This will make the dip a fun pink color that's perfect for Easter!
  • mini chocolate chips: These little chips add the perfect chocolate texture.
  • festive sprinkles: I recommend using jimmies instead of nonpareils in this recipe, because the colors are less likely to bleed into the dip.

You will also need a slow cookerlarge baking sheetparchment paper, and a cookie scoop.

Combine the base ingredients for the dip using a hand mixer or stand mixer. Use a rubber spatula to fold in the cool whip, and try to whip some air into the mixture while stirring to keep the dip light and fluffy.

It's very important that the cream cheese has been softened, otherwise the dip will be lumpy. You can soften cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature for 1 hour, or quicken the process by placing the cream cheese in a sealed baggie and submerge in warm water for 15-20 minutes.

Add a bit of red food coloring to the dip mixture and stir it in until evenly combined. You're going for a spring pink color, so start small with the amount of food coloring and then add more as needed.

Last, but not least, stir in some mini chocolate chips. This will add a bit of crunch to the dip and some chocolate flavor.

Pour the mixture into a serving bowl and top with an Easter Peep and additional sprinkles to cover the surface. Refrigerate the dip before serving.

To serve, I like to place the dip bowl in the center of a large serving plate and surround it with an assortment of dipping options, like cookies, to eat the dip with.
