Cinnamon rolls are one of our go-to breakfasts on holidays. Not only are they delicious, but they are so easy and quick to make! To make the average cinnamon roll a whole lot more festive for Easter morning, all you need to do is reshape store-bought cinnamon rolls into adorable bunnies that the whole family will enjoy! These would also make a great sweet treat to share at Easter parties.

To make these adorably sweet Easter Bunny Cinnamon Rolls, all you need are these two ingredients: refrigerated cinnamon rolls with frosting (any kind will work, but I love the Grands!) and sprinkles.

First, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove the cinnamon rolls from the packaging and arrange them on the baking sheet.

Carefully unravel the outer end of the cinnamon roll and shape the section into two bunny ears. Press down gently between and around the ears to attach them to the round section of cinnamon roll.

Bake the bunny-shaped cinnamon rolls according to package directions (about 16-20 minutes). About halfway through, check the rolls and gently reshape or pinch the ends back together if they separate during baking. Remove from the oven once they are golden brown.

Drizzle the icing over the cinnamon rolls while they are still hot, and immediately top with festive Easter sprinkles. Cinnamon rolls are best when served warm.

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls
  • Easter Sprinkles

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Space the rolls 1-2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
  4. Carefully unravel the outer end of the cinnamon roll and shape the section into two bunny ears.
  5. Press down gently between and around the ears to attach them to the round section of cinnamon roll.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
    *If the edges begin to separate, gently pinch them back together.
  7. Drizzle the bunny rolls with icing and immediately top with festive Easter sprinkles.
  8. Serve while warm. Enjoy!

Tips: 
  • Storage: Although best enjoyed fresh, cinnamon rolls can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • Reheat: microwave rolls for 30 seconds, or warm up in the oven.
