This Easter Bunny Bait Snack Mix is a simple no-bake treat that's perfect for Easter celebrations!

Easter is all about the sweet treats, and this festive snack is the perfect one to enjoy with the whole family. With only a few simple ingredients, this Easter Bunny Bait Snack Mix is a no-bake treat that's so simple, even the kids can easily help. The addition of Easter M&M candies to coated Chex cereal, pretzels, and more makes a great sweet and salty treat that you can't get enough of! It's perfect for holiday parties, and when divided up and packaged, it's a great gift or party favor to share!

This Easter Bunny Bait Snack Mix is a fun no-bake Easter treat! Here's what you'll need to make this simple recipe:
- Chex cereal: Since this is a fun twist on a traditional Chex mix, cereal is a must! I use rice Chex for this recipe, but you can swap it out for your favorite variety.
- Cheerios cereal: Cheerios add extra crunch to the mix, and the neutral flavor doesn't make this treat too sweet. However, you can substitute any flavor of Cheerios cereal.
- Pretzels: The salt from the pretzels is a nice contrast to the sweetness, and add extra crunch. I like using Itty Bitty Mini Twist pretzels for snack mixes like this one. If you can’t find these tiny pretzels, you can absolutely use regular mini twists or pretzel sticks instead.
- Miniature Marshmallows: Mini marshmallows add some chewiness that balances out the crunch. For a more festive look, use colored miniature marshmallows.
- Vanilla Almond Bark: Melted almond bark holds all of the ingredients together and transforms this snack mix into a sweet treat! Instead of almond bark, you can use white chocolate chips or white candy melts instead.
- Pastel M&M candies - The pastel M&M candies add the color to really make this an “Easter Snack Mix”. Feel free to use or add any other Easter-colored candies to the mix!
(Specific measurements and full recipe instructions are found below)
You will also need a large baking sheet and parchment paper.

Melt the almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds. Stir, and continue microwaving in 30-second intervals until fully melted. Once melted, drizzle about ¾ of the almond bark over the snack mix ingredients.

Toss the mixture together until everything is coated in the almond bark. Spread the snack mix out evenly on the baking sheet.

Drizzle the remaining melted almond bark over the snack mix. Allow the almond bark to set for about an hour. To quicken the process, you can refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.

Use your hand to break the snack mix into pieces. The Easter Bunny Bait Snack Mix is now ready to serve! Arrange the pieces on a plate for your next Easter party, or package pieces up in small bags and gift to friends and family.
