This Hot Chocolate Fudge combines two of our favorite winter treats in one bite-sized piece!
This hot chocolate fudge recipe couldn't be easier! Melt ingredients in the microwave, and then add either hot chocolate packets or use my homemade hot cocoa mix recipe. Make sure to stir everything well until all of the ingredients are combined and smooth.
For some extra chewiness, stir in some miniature marshmallows! These also add to that hot chocolate vibe we all love this time of year. The fudge mixture will be hot, but it shouldn't be so hot that it will melt the marshmallows.
Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper to make the removal of fudge easier. It will also keep your dish clean! Pour the fudge mixture into the pan, and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
Refrigerate the fudge for at least 4 hours, or even overnight. The longer you let it cool, the better.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Once cooled, use the edges of the parchment paper to lift and remove the fudge from the pan. Cut the fudge into squares, and serve! Fudge can be stored at room temperature for a few days, but will stay longer if refrigerated or frozen.
