These Oreo Mummy Cookies are a simple and spooky Halloween treat that's perfect for parties!
Halloween treats are so fun to make, and these Halloween Oreo Mummy Cookies could not be any easier! Requiring only 3 ingredients, these simple cookies are the perfect Halloween party treat. Not only is this a spooky-sweet treat, but it's also kind of a craft! Kids will love getting to help create their own mummy cookies and eating them afterward. Lay the Oreo cookies out on a baking sheet or a piece of parchment paper. Melt the white chocolate melting wafers in a double boiler or in the microwave, and then pour it into a small piping bag with the end snipped off. Drizzle horizontal zigzag lines of chocolate onto the Oreos.
While the chocolate is still warm, place two candy eyes onto the Oreos just above the center and press them into place.
Before serving, allow the chocolate to fully set at room temperature for at least 15 minutes, or you can speed up the process in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:
- 25 Oreo cookies
- 10oz white chocolate melting wafers
- 50 candy eyes
Oreo Mummy Cookie Directions:
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Lay the cookies out on the baking tray, spacing them out a couple of inches apart.
- Melt white chocolate melting wafers in a double boiler over low heat or microwave on low/defrost in 30-second intervals. Stir often until completely melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate into a piping bag, and snip the end off with scissors.
- Drizzle chocolate over the cookies in horizontal zigzags.
- Immediately top the cookies with two candy eyes before the chocolate sets.
- Drizzle more chocolate over the cookies, going in different directions this time. Be careful that the eyes don't get covered.
- Before serving, allow the coating to fully set at room temperature. Speed up the process by placing the cookies in the refrigerator.
Tips:
- Store cookies at room temperature in an airtight container for 7-10 days, or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
- Variations: Use any flavor of Oreo cookies, or change things up with other circle-shaped cookies.
