Everyone will LOVE these festive Valentine M&M's Chocolate Chip Cookies!
I love making festive cookies to celebrate practically every holiday, and these festive Valentine M&M's Chocolate Chip Cookies are one of the best! Packed with chocolate chips and Valentine M&M's, these decadent cookies are so easy to make and will disappear quickly. Not only is this recipe simple enough for the kids to help with, but the dough can be frozen ahead of time if you are in a time crunch!
To make these Valentine's Day M&M's Chocolate Chip Cookies, you will need a few simple ingredients: flour, butter, eggs, white and brown sugar, chocolate chips, and of course, Valentine-colored M&M's. You will also need a mixing bowl and a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
Combine all of the cookie dough ingredients in a mixing bowl using a hand mixer or stand mixer. Next, add in the chocolate chips, and Valentine M&M's to pack the cookies with chocolate. You can also add a generous amount of Valentine sprinkles for more color!
Use a medium cookie scoop to add cookie dough balls onto a baking sheet lined with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. For a soft and chewy cookie, do not over-bake. Let the cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes, and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
