Make things easier this holiday by using a slow cooker to make delicious Chocolate Peppermint Fudge!
Easy recipes are my favorite, especially around the holidays! This Slow Cooker Chocolate Peppermint Fudge couldn't be easier, and only needs 3 ingredients. For this fudge, you don't need a candy thermometer or any real candy making skills. It's pretty much just melt, stir, spread, and cool! The Chocolate Peppermint Fudge is decadent, perfectly sweet, and so, so pretty. It also makes a great gift for friends and neighbors!
You can do cook the fudge using the microwave or double boiler, but using the slow cooker is just easier less likely to mess up. I also like having the fudge in the slow cooker because I'm usually making all of the Christmas treats at once, so the other cooking methods are already being used for other recipes.
Turn the slow cooker on to low, and pour the fudge ingredients into the bowl. Put the lid on, and check in every now and then to stir the ingredients until completely combined and melted.
Allow the fudge to cool completely on the countertop or in the refrigerator. Melt some white chocolate and crush some peppermint candies or candy canes. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the fudge, and sprinkle the crushed peppermint candy on top.
Let the white chocolate cool, and then you can remove the fudge from the pan and cut it into pieces for serving or gift wrapping.
