Make summertime a whole lot sweeter with no-bake S'mores Rice Krispie Treats!
When it comes to desserts, Rice Krispie treats are one of the easiest! It's also a great basic recipe that's easy to change up with added ingredients. These S'mores Rice Krispie Treats are packed with fluffy, gooey marshmallows for a chewy texture, and bits of chocolate and crushed graham cracker for a s'more in every bite. This is a fun and simple treat to make with the kids all summer long!
To make these scrumptious S'more Rice Krispie Treats, you will need a few simple ingredients: Rice Krispies cereal, graham crackers, chocolate, and of course, marshmallows! You will also need a large saucepan and 9x13 baking dish.
Melt the marshmallows. and combine all of the ingredients in a large saucepan. Don't forget to sprinkle in crushed graham crackers, chocolate chips, and extra mini marshmallows! These transform the treats into crunchy, chocolatey s'mores.
Pour the mixture into a 9x13 baking dish lined with parchment paper. For best results, lightly grease the parchment paper with cooking spray. Gently flatten the treats with a rubber spatula, or grease your hands first and then use your fingers. Top the treats with extra crushed graham crackers, mini chocolate bars and mini marshmallows!
Let the treats sit on the counter to cool completely, which takes about an hour.
Remove the treats from the baking dish, and cut them into 12 equal-sized bars. Store the S'mores Rice Krispie Treats in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
S'mores Rice Krispie Treats

Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 16 ounces mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 ½ cups graham crackers, broken into large pieces
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- Fun-Size Hershey Bars, broken into pieces
Directions:
- Line a 9x13 baking dish with lightly greased parchment paper and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Separate 2 cups of marshmallows and set aside for later. Pour the rest of the marshmallows into the saucepan and stir continuously until melted. Do not overheat.
- Remove the mixture from heat and stir in the vanilla and salt.
- Fold in the cereal, crushed graham crackers, chocolate chips, and extra mini marshmallows until all are covered in the melted marshmallow mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish and lightly flatten into an even, loosely-packed layer.
- Top with additional mini marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, and Hershey Bar pieces.
- Allow the treats to cool for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Remove the treats from the baking dish, and slice into 12 evenly-sized bars.
Tips:
- Storage: These treats are best when enjoyed the same day, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Do NOT refrigerate.
