This 3-Ingredient Easter Bark is an easy Easter treat that everyone will love!
Hippity, hoppity, Easter's on it's way! If you're looking for an easy holiday recipe, this 3-ingredient Easter Bark is a fun and festive treat to make with kids of all ages. This bark pairs Cadbury Mini Eggs with crunchy pretzels to create the perfect sweet and salty bite-sized treat, and the addition of Easter sprinkles takes it over the top to make it festive. Not only will the whole family love it, but you can package up the bark to share with some-bunny else!
As the title states, this recipe only needs 3 ingredients! Most importantly, you will need white chocolate. To make this treat taste its very best, I would recommend using a high quality baking chocolate instead of candy melts. You will also need the BEST Easter candy there is - Cadbury Mini Eggs! The addition of salty pretzels helps to balance the sweetness from all of the chocolate.
To make the bark extra festive, don't forget to add some Easter sprinkles and food coloring!
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave or with a double boiler until smooth. If using the microwave, make sure to stir the chocolate every 30 seconds and to not overheat it to prevent it from seizing up.
Immediately drop small spoonfuls of the colored chocolate mixtures all over the white chocolate. Drag a toothpick through the chocolate to swirl the colors through the white chocolate to get the marbled look.

Break the pretzels into pieces, and sprinkle them evenly over the melted chocolate.
Next, add both whole and crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs to the bark. Try to make it pretty even throughout the entire rectangle of chocolate.
Last, but not least, top with a generous amount of festive Easter sprinkles! Place the tray of bark in the refrigerator to let the Easter Bark harden completely.
Once cooled, break the Easter Bark into pieces. You can do this by hand or by using a knife.
