Add a pop of color to your wardrobe with these Rainbow Button Earrings!

This pair of Rainbow Button Earrings are made with colorful buttons, and is one of the easiest jewelry projects. It's a fun accessory for teens to make to share with friends, or for you to make for yourself to add a pop of color to your wardrobe. Not only are these earrings incredibly easy to make, but don't you agree that they are the perfect accessory to wear during Pride Month?!

To make your own pair of Rainbow Button Earrings, you will need these supplies:
- Buttons - red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple
- Earring Hooks
- Jewelry Chain
- Jewelry Jump Rings
- Jewelry Pliers

Sort through the buttons to choose a pair of matching buttons in each color. In my personal opinion: the more unique the sets of buttons are, the better!

For each earring, you will need an earring hook, six 10-12mm jump rings, six links of chunky jewelry chain, and some jewelry pliers to help you put the pieces together.

Start with the red button, and hook the jump ring through the left side of the top link in the chain and use the pliers to close the ring. Next, attach the orange button to the chain, but place it on the right side of the second link in the chain. Continue attaching the buttons to the chain on opposite side in rainbow order, with purple at the bottom.

Repeat the process to assemble the second earring. This would be such a great activity to keep teens busy, and would be a creative gift to make for friends and family, especially during Pride Month. I would love to hear if you decide to try this project out for yourself. As always, I would love to see your creations!
