This "Meowy Christmas" Gift Card Holder (that you color in) is a gift everyone would love to receive!
This month's Totally Free Printables theme is all about gift giving, and we've got 19 FREE printables to help you out this holiday season! I know, I know... gift cards are so boring. To "brighten" up a simple gift, wrap that gift card in a this "Meowy Christmas" Gift Card Holder that you (or your kids) can color! This instantly turns an ordinary gift into something personalized and a lot more special for the recipient.
Use a scoring tool and a ruler to score the two lines above and below the "Meowy Christmas" image. Scoring the paper before folding will help prevent cracks and/or crooked folds. Fold along the score lines gently with your hands, then use your fingernail or a credit card to press down firmly on the fold and slide it across the crease.
Grab a variety of crayons, colored pencils or markers to color the gift card holder in your favorite festive colors. Most importantly, have fun and get creative! If this is for a teacher or leader, I can guarantee that having the kids color the gift card holder is one of the best parts of the gift!!
Turn the gift card holder over, and place the gift card in the center between the creased lines. Use a glue dot to hold your gift card in place. If you'd like, write a message to the recipient above and/or below the card, especially if it's from your kids (teachers love it)!
No need to grab an envelope! Fold the bottom edge up, and bring the top edge down to close the card. Hold the top down using glue dot or a fun holiday sticker. Fill out the to/from area on the top flap, and your gift is ready to go!
