Tell your favorite teacher how much you appreciate them with this free printable Teacher Appreciation Gift Card Holder!
To make this Teacher Appreciation Gift Card Holder, you'll need these supplies:
- Printable Gift Card Holder Set (personal use only)
- White Cardstock
- Paper Trimmer
- Scoring Tool
- Scissors
- Ruler
- Tape Runner
- Gift Card
Download the Teacher Appreciation Gift Card Holder set and print the gift card holder and the 4x6 background card pages out on white cardstock. Use a paper trimmer or scissors to cut them out.
Print the envelope page out on regular copy paper. Use scissors to cut the envelope out along the outer guidelines. Use a ruler and a scoring tool to to go over the four score guides on the envelope.
Fold all of the tabs in toward the center. First, fold in the side flaps and hold them down. Bring up the bottom flap (with the flat top) and use a tape runner or some clear tape to secure the edges of the bottom flap to the two side tabs to keep the envelope closed. Now your envelope is ready! Set it aside for later.
Use a ruler and a scoring tool to crease the fold lines on the gift card holder. This will make the card easier to fold and give you clean fold lines. Fold the top section of the card backward along the fold line, and the bottom section up so that the card forms a "Z" shape. Press the creases down well so that the card stays closed.
Add a few lines of tape runner on the back of the bottom section of the gift card holder. Center it on the front of the 4x6 background card and press down well.
Have your child fill out the answers to the questions on the gift card holder. This will be so fun for their teacher to read and is such a unique touch to this gift.
This is such a fun and simple way to tell teachers how much they are appreciated. I hope you have fun using this printable, and would love to hear if any of you teachers receive it as a gift!
