Ingredients:
1.5 - 2 lbs beef stew meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 packet brown gravy mix

1 cup water
Directions:
- Add meat to slow cooker.
- Mix cream of mushroom soup, gravy packet, dry onion soup mix, and water in a bowl until combined. Pour into slow cooker over meat.

- Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or egg noodles.
This is perfect! Thank you! I have a package of stew meat in the freezer I need to do something with! Dinner for tomorrow is figured out now!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing! I usually make a beef stew with the stew meat but it's WAY too hot for that!
ReplyDeleteLindsay, simple + delish = WINNER! Thanks so much for sharing this great recipe...I've got to get my crock pot out!
ReplyDeleteCan it cook longer on low? I usually leave my house at 7 and don't get home till 5:15.
