Nothing like an easy-throw-it-in-the-CrockPot dinner! This is really an easy recipe, and practically fool-proof!
{Well, this fool didn't mess it up - so, I'm pretty sure you won't either...}
Ingredients:
1 lb Stew Meat {or cut up a roast into bite size pieces}
{Stew meat is pretty inexpensive, and I even got the butcher to cut it into pieces for me! Less work? Yes, please!}
1 packet Onion Soup Mix
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup Sour Cream
Cut up stew meat {if not already cut} and place in in CrockPot along with the entire packet of onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Cook on low for 4-6 hours, longer for more tender meat.
Serve over rice or pasta. It tastes delicious either way!
Ohh...This looks good and easy, too!
